DS4HDTurbo-emulsifier The Turbo-emulsifier Mixer DS 4 Heavy Duty can emulsify, homogenize and mix up to 10 liters of substance. It is particularly suited for gels, liquids and creams that need a prolonged working, improper for the Turbo-emulsifier Mixer DS 3. The motor is capable of developing up to 7500 nominal revolutions per minute. The rpm value is shown on a front panel display. All immersed parts are made of stainless steel or FDA approved materials. The DS 4 HD turbo-emulsifier is equipped with a set of 4 steel heads for emulsion, breaking-up, mixture and homogenization. The turbo-emulsifier head height can be adjusted electrically by means of specific front panel switches. The mixing shaft is connected to the motor by means of a quickly dismountable joint, that allows an easy cleaning of the tooling.
