VERTICAL COOLING UNIT CU 10 Vertical cooling unit The cooling unit has been developed to cool the mass of suppositories poured into the ROTOPLAST containers by our R-MND 6000 filling machine at an optimum temperature and solidification speed. The cooling unit is made with a supporting structure in aluminium profile and sandwich-type infill panels fixed to the frame, made entirely of stainless steel and externally plasticized with a thickness of 23 mm. Air tightness is guaranteed by PVC gaskets. The covers for access to the fan-driven heads are protected by microswitches. In the cooling unit there are up to 10/12 disks containing the rolls of cells. It is equipped with a thermoregulator for setting the cooling temperature.
