The diameter of the solid forms must be between 5 and 25 mm and their thickness must not exceed 20 mm. To remove powder and small fragments (especially for tablet counting) it is possible to equip the machine with the following optional accessories: a tray with sieve and a suction system with two suction points. The disk distributing the solid forms is made of crystal so that the product will not be charged electrostatically. The parts in contact with the product can be easily inspected and removed for cleaning. and are made of stainless steel AISI 316 orFDA approved materials. All operations and settings are programmed by means of a touch screen and all functions have been planned in keeping with GMP regulations.
