electronic capsule counter Electronic capsule counter The CCI electronic capsule counting machine can be used in both the pharmaceutical and the food industry. It is very easy to use: capsules placed in the hopper are carried by the rotating distribution disk toward the exit cone, through which they are dropped into the bottles after being counted by a detection sensor. The detection system, which is based on an infrared sensor, ensures an accurate counting of the capsules independently of their colour, shape or size. For each size, it is available the appropriate distribution disk. The structure is made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel. By means of a panel, it is possible to set the number of capsules for each count as well as the interval of time between one count and the next.
