APD-DAutomatic double powder dosing machine APD-D is a compact automatic line for dosing powders into bottles, with double dosing units cochlea and hoppers of about 10L, built on a mobile stainless steel frame on wheels. Parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel polished internally and externally, easy to inspect and removable. The cochlea screw is sized according to dosing requirements, driven by a brushless motor, ensures dosing accuracy with a tolerance ± 5%. Suitable for automatic filling of containers with a wide range of powdered pharmaceutical products, the APD-D machine consists of a structure on which can be assembled: • powder feeders with pneumatic powder conveyor • motorized conveyor belt • rotary table for feeding empty containers • collection tray for filled containers. The dosing system, controlled by PLC, is also designed to be placed on a conveyor belt in conjunction with the solid packaging lines models ACL 1500 / ACL 1500 D.The PLC, also drives a double gate, positioned on the conveyor belt guides, to ensure proper positioning of the bottle below the powder feeder outlet.
