AUTOMATIC LINE WITH DOUBLE COUNTING AND TAPPING UNIT ACL 3000 DAutomatic line with double counting and tapping unit The ACL 3000 D line consists of an AISI 304 stainless steel structure on which are positioned: • rotating table for feeding bottles on the belt; • first unit of counting complete with electronic piece counter mod. CPE 6 equipped with a PLC connected to a touch-screen backlit video terminal for setting the counting parameters (number of pieces per bottle, number of bottles, safety devices). All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, crystal and food plastic; • second counting unit complete with electronic piece counter mod. CPE 6; conveyor belt with possibility of adjusting the width of the rails according to the different diameter of the bottles and speed regulation; • monoblock for the closure of a type of bottles with a type of stopper, complete with a carousel with 16 positions (to be verified on the basis of the size of the bottles), vibrating bowl and chute resting on the container, mono-head closing station; • automatic labeling head with adjustable distribution speed up to 30 m / min.; • Final tray for the accumulation of filled bottles (in case of continuation of the line it is possible to remove it). The ACL 3000 D Line can count and package caps of all formats (including DB Caps) or round, oblong, ovaline tablets with or without external confection without replacing any mechanical parts, simply by adjusting the machines. The production capacity of the electronic counting machine can reach up to 200,000 pieces / hour depending on the solid shapes used.
