The Cochlea screw has an independent management of dosages. The Cochlea screw is dimensioned for dosing ranges to be defined. The Cochlea screw is driven by a brushless motor that ensures a dosage precision higher than ± 5%. The Dosing Unit is designed to be positioned on the Counting Unit ACL 3000. The Dosing Unit is controlled by means of a PLC, that controls also a double gate, joint to the chassis for the correct positioning of the bottles, that are moving on the conveyor belt, below the powder exit.
