ACL 1500 DAutomatic Line with double counting unit Line for counting tablets, capsules and softgels in plastic/glass bottles with two counting units. Automatic line for counting and packaging capsules, tablets and other solid forms normally used in the pharmaceutical industry. The bottles after being placed on the rotary table, through a conveyor belt are moved under the two counting units and then routed to the next units. The ACL 1500/D line consists of an AISI 304 stainless steel structure on which are placed: • Conveyor belt with the possibility of adjusting the width of the tracks according to the different diameter of the bottles and adjusting the speed complete with photocells and pneumatic cylinders. • First counting unit complete with electronic piece counter mod. CPE 6 equipped with PLC connected to a backlit touch-screen video terminal for setting counting parameters (no. of pieces per bottle, no. of bottles, safeties). All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 steel, crystal and food grade plastic. • Second counting unit complete with electronic piece counter mod. CPE 6. • The Line can count and package capsules of all sizes (including DB Caps) or round, oblong, oval tablets with or without external confectioning without replacing any mechanical parts, with only simple adjustment of the machines.
