COUNTING LINE The ACL 1500 is a compact automatic line for counting solid forms and filling the corresponding bottles. The ACL 1500 allows to use the most diverse solid pharmaceutical forms such as capsules, round and oblong tablets, softgel and other tablet dimensions. The diameter of the solid forms must be between 5 and 25 mm and the thickness below 20 mm. The line is composed of a mirror polished stainless steel structure supporting the Electronic Counting Machine CPE 6. The ACL 1500 is then completed by a rotating table for automatic feeding of the empty bottles, a belt conveyor fort he inlet and outlet of the bottles and a collecting tray for the filled bottles. The parts in contact with the product can be easily inspected and dislodged, and are made of stainless steel AISI 316 or FDA approved materials.
