The machine realizes blisters with a maximum area of 125x180 mm and with a depth of alveolus of 12 mm, starting from coils of PVC, PVDC and aluminum and of thermo-weldable aluminum coils. The blister realized ends in a recovery cassette or to a small exit belt, the scrap of the material is rewound on a recovery coil. The format change, quickly and easily, makes the machine extremely flexible, especially pay attention to the needs of laboratories that need to make small batches, with format changes for different products, from capsules to tablets, from oblong to effervescent through softgel, pearls and candy. The machine is equipped with a control panel that manages all the functions of the machine. The machine is fitted with all covers and protective casing according to the regulations. On request it is possible to equipe the machine of vision systems for monitoring the presence and integrity of the solid bodies.
