Product Description: Black Plus Special Coat 1K
Black Plus is a one-component black coat with a color spectrum close to navy blue, perceived as intensely black. It is suitable for metals and polymers and can be used as an aerosol spray filling.

Packaging
- 1 L: 3 pcs per box
- 3.5 L: 2 pcs per box

Application Instructions
- Mix 100 parts of Black Plus with 100 parts of thinner CP 048.
- Apply two full layers or until full coverage is achieved.
- Use a spray gun with a gravity nozzle (1.2-1.4 mm) or suction nozzle (1.4-1.6 mm).
- Operating pressure: High pressure (3-4 bar), HVLP (2 bar).
- Evaporation time before applying consecutive layers: 5 minutes until a matt effect is achieved.

Surface Preparation

Clear Coat Recommendations
- Recommended clear coats: MS (CP 1500, CP 400, CP 250), HS (CP 2008, CP 2015), UHS (CP 2014), VHS (CP 2016).
- Drying time at 20°C, 65% H.R: Dust free in 15 minutes.
- Apply clear coat 10-15 minutes after Black Plus application. If not covered within 8 hours, reapply matt before painting.

Temperature and Thinner Recommendations
- For temperatures >25°C, use thinner CP 078.
