Gantry Supports The gantry is fabricated from 8” x 12” structural steel tubing with 0.625” welded bar stock supporting the linear rails. This assembly is stress relieved prior to precision machining. Router Spindles High Speed for Increased Productivity The standard spindle is a fan cooled,13.3 HP HSD, 24,000 RPM, 100% Duty Cycle spindle. Other available options include 5.5 HP and 8.5 HP water cooled 32,000 RPM spindles and a 20 HP, liquid cooled HSD spindle that can be ordered with tapping capability.
