Product catalog summary
Overview
This document provides technical specifications and features of the semi-automatic universal bobbin machine KFF-C by Jakob Müller AG Frick, designed for spooling and winding threads, cords, braids, and narrow fabrics in various winding patterns.

Concept
The KFF-C machine incorporates advanced control and operating technology, utilizing a laying motor for bobbin laying. It allows flexible setting of winding and laying parameters, which can be programmed and stored. The machine achieves movement accuracy of 0.1 mm through modern microprocessor controls, enabling precise winding patterns and thread laying.

Advantages
  • Flexible usage with short setting and resetting times.
  • Storable winding parameters for easy retrieval.
  • Choice of parallel, multi-cross, and precision cross-winding patterns.
  • High operator comfort.

Options
  • 2 winders per head.
  • Length measurement device for light/heavy materials.
  • Highly dynamic servodrive for large laying passes and high speeds.
  • Knot catcher and tape defect detection device.
  • Various run-off and untangling devices.
  • Multiple yarn take-off options.
  • Thread brakes and monitors.
  • Pneumatic thrust bearing and de-tensioning device.
  • Automatic shutdown upon reaching desired bobbin diameter.
  • Anti-static device.

Machine Types
  • Basic frame with 1 or 2 winding heads.

Technical Data
  • Spindle speeds: Parallel winding max. 4000 min-1; Cross-winding speed depends on displacement per spindle rotation; Laying speed max. 20 m/min.
  • Maximum bobbin dimensions vary by winding type.
  • Rated output: 1 kW per winding head.
  • Mains connection: 3x 400 V – 50/60 Hz.
  • Dimensions with take-off device: Width 2000 mm, Depth 1000 mm, Height 1700 mm.
  • Dimensions without take-off device: Width 1000 mm, Depth 1000 mm, Height 1700 mm.
