The product is transported on a bed of batter and then passes through a cascade of batter that completely covers it. At the exit, a blower removes excess batter. This machine is capable of batter-coating both fresh and frozen products and is ideal for producing arancini, mozzarella sticks, chicken cordon bleu, fried cheese, cutlets, pasta nuggets, battered vegetables, and zucchini blossoms.
