Our hot press consists of a hydraulic press with automatically operated and two heated platens. The temperatures of heated platens are controlled by PLC. Water cooling jackets are installed at the plates allowing a controlled cooling. One pressure gauge is also mounted to monitor the pressure applied on the plates. It is an excellent tool to prepare polymer samples. Either force or temperature mode may be chosen per segment.
