ABOUT US “engineered high quality Furnaces” The constant improvements in research and technical requirements as well as the need for the thermal processes to be more controlled have led to the emergence of a wide spectrum of furnace types and models. MSE produces several types of furnaces with different features designed to fit the thermal process needed by prioritizing the research expectations. The choice of refractory in our furnaces that are designed based on engineering calculations is made high above the usage temperature. Our furnaces are produced through a high-quality manufacturing...

HEATING ELEMENTS The maximum temperatures of the MSE Furnaces with the heating elements used are as follows: Maximum Temperatures °C 2500- — We use the optimum choice among the above-shown heating elements that have different chemical structures and production methods in order to maintain the appropriate thermal conditions in our furnaces. 0 Important Notes; V Heating elements have a certain lifespan and being used at the highest limits shortens this period. That is why we recommend you, instead of using yours at the highest limits, to use the heating elements with the next level of...

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS The thermal regime desired during the thermal process is implemented by temperature controllers. These smart devices control the furnaces as asked for by the user and are compatible with several types of implementation with their different types and models. It is the thermal process needed that matters in the choice of temperature controllers. The programmable models by default have MSE Furnace PID 50 on the furnaces. Other types can be chosen optionally.

ASH FURNACE Tmax 1200°C One of the most common applications of laboratory furnaces is to heat combustible samples in order to analyse the ash residue. MSE FURNACE’S ash furnaces are designed to provide optimum ashing conditions to ensure complete combustion of the sample. It is ideal for ashing foods, plastics, coals and other hydrocarbon materials. The double layer construction keeps the exterior body cool at high temperatures and provides excellent stability. Bottom air-flown design provides an excellent air circulation required during the process. The digital PID control maintains...

LIFT BOTTOM FURNACE Tmax 1800°C MSE’s lift bottom furnaces are ideal for dental ceramic firing and glass melting applications up to 1800°C. They offer a stable electrically driven loading system. Sample loading is extremely easy and user-friendly, especially for delicate samples. The uniform heating inside the cubic furnace chamber provides homogenous temperature distribution. Lift bottom design prevents certain degree of contamination of both sample and heating elements. All of our furnaces are equipped with a galvanize coating covered epoxy painted structure providing longer lifetime....
