Pump Motor Located in Dry Well Standard TEFC pump motor is out of sewage, unlike other systems that have expensive submersible motors which are heavy and difficult to service. Large Inspection Port Cleanout/observation port is large enough to accommodate cleanout hose, so there is no need to remove the dry well cover. Self-Cleaning Discharge Line Maintains high velocity during pump-down which eliminates solids accumulation.
