EZstrip Cake Pump ™ The EZstrip series of widethroat pumps offer a competitive solution to viscous and solids handling. The EZstrip Cake Pump includes a specially designed feed chamber allowing easy access to the rotor and screw conveyor assembly. Specially Designed Feed Chamber Easy access chamber allows access to the rotor and screw conveyor assembly. The feed chamber pulls back to allow full access to the pin joint area for removal of any compressed cake. Auger (Feed Screw) Large auger design is standard on all units. Optional ribbon screw conveyor to assist blending or conveying products and/or an optional separate bridge breaker to ensure smooth feeding. Side Inlet Port Allows addition of thin sludge for blending. May be used for draining the pump. Materials of Construction Available in cast iron with a choice of rotor and stator materials and a variety of hopper sizes. Robust Drives Can be supplied with either fixed speed inverter rated or mechanical variable speed drive.
