The Saturn S6 is an automatic rotary ring stretch wrapping machine designed for high production capacities of up to 120 pallets per hour. It operates with a voltage of 400 V 3P + PE 50 Hz and requires compressed air pressure between 10 to 35 bar.
Features:
The Saturn S6 is highly versatile and can be upgraded to the Saturn S8 model for even higher capacities. The load remains static while the film reels rotate around it, ensuring efficient wrapping. The machine guarantees film savings with a pre-stretch capability of up to 300%, or 400% with the EPS system, converting 1 meter of film into 4 meters. It includes an efficient cut and welding device for finishing without film tails and offers electronic, self-adjusting tension control based on the load profile.
Additional Capabilities:
The machine can apply dustproof and rainproof wrappings and is capable of wrapping at ground level. It can also apply bands at any height of the load.
Standard Equipment and Options:
Standard equipment includes a touch panel for quick-load changes. Optional features include a top sheet dispenser for dustproof and rainproof wrapping, a motorized hold-down plate, an electronic pre-stretch system (EPS), an automatic corner board application (ACBA), and an automatic reel change (ARC).
