- Material Construction: Made with 316L VAR stainless steel housing.
- Leak Rating: Helium leak rating of 1 x 10-9 atm cc/sec.
- Particle Shedding: Less than 1 particle per cubic foot.
- Differential Pressure: Maximum forward and reverse differential pressure of 500 PSIG (34.5 Bar) at 52°C.
