ArcWorld 6000ArcWorld 6000SOLUTIONS IN MOTION® with DX100 Controller Dual robots nearly double productivity ArcWorld 6000 n ArcWorld 6200 The ArcWorld® 6000 family of fully-integrated, standardized robotic arc welding solutions easily handles complex applications that require welding on multiple planes. These single robot (AW6000) or dual-robot (AW6200) workcells are designed for medium- to high-volume production. The ArcWorld 6000 features a high-speed MA1400 arc welding robot, DX100 controller with menu-driven arc welding application software, integrated welding package, AC servo-driven dual headstock/tailstock (HS/TS) positioner, operator interface, and common platform for programming. Its total safety environment is in compliance with ANSI/RIA R15.06-1999 and Canadian safety standards. Easy to Set Up and Program n Integral programming platform provides ease of teaching and hides/protects cables. n Safety light curtains with flexible mounting allow for adjustment to tooling diameter. n Twist-lock connectors are included on all interconnecting cables. n Coordinated motion is standard between robot(s) and positioner axis. n Dual-robot controller reduces floorspace and provides additional programming flexibility. DX100 Controller n Windows® CE programming pendant with color touch screen, fast processing, easy-to-use INFORM III programming language and robust PC architecture. n Menu-driven arc welding software including graphic diagram of weld parameter settings. n Safety features – enhanced dual-channel E-Stop functionality, integrated speed monitoring, manual brake release for the robot, and compliance with both U.S. and Canadian safety standards. Part Positioner: MRM2-250STN n Patented MRM2 dual HS/TS trunnion positioner can accommodate multiple fixtures and parts up to 1,170 mm in diameter. n 250-kg payload capacity per side with 2.6-m span between head- and tailstocks. Fast index time of 4.0 seconds. n Coordinated motion allows weld joint to be kept in a gravity-neutral welding plane, improving weld quality. n Positioner design allows operator to safely load parts from a location outside of the robot work envelope while the robot is in operation. n Productivity is increased because the robot is not idle while the part is repositioned. n Proven reliability with more than 2,500 installed worldwide.
