ArcWorld IV-4000 with DX100 Controller ArcWorld IV-4000 n ArcWorld IV-4200 The ArcWorld IV-4000 is a high-performance, pre-engineered workcell with a double-ended headstock/ tailstock positioner. These single robot (AWIV-4000) or dual robot (AWIV-4200) workcells are designed for welding small- to medium-size parts at medium to high volumes. AWIV-4000 series models feature the high-speed MA1400 arc welding robot; a high-speed, servo-driven, 3-axis reciprocating positioner; DX100 controller with menu-driven arc welding application software; integrated welding package; operator interface; and total safety environment – all the automation required for robotic arc welding.
