The SheetCut MP is a plasma cutting machine designed for cutting metal sheets, particularly carbon steel up to 50 mm thick. It features a customizable cutting area, with a standard size of 3000 x 1500 mm, extendable up to 2500 x 12000 mm. The machine is built with a double independent structure to ensure durability and accuracy, and it includes a smart suction system to optimize smoke absorption during cutting.
The machine can cut various metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. It is equipped with an anti-collision system for safety. The cutting head is driven by four servomotors, providing silent and precise motion.
The SheetCut MP offers a combi mode for operations outside the cutting area, suitable for tubes and profiles. It supports plasma generators from brands like Thermal Dynamics and Hypertherm. The machine features an automatic lubrication system and a suction filter system that ensures 99.99% clean air.
The machine includes the CutExpert software for efficient material usage and a user-friendly 15” Eurosoft touch screen interface. It supports remote assistance and has a library of standard pieces. The software allows both automatic and manual nesting.
The SheetCut MP can handle various materials and thicknesses, with power settings ranging from 65 A to 400 A, allowing for cutting thicknesses from 12 mm to 50 mm depending on the material. The machine complies with European Union safety standards.
