Overview: The BA310Pol is an upgradable polarizing
microscope platform designed for applications in petrography, mineralogy, industrial, and medical fields. It offers excellent optical performance and system expansion flexibility.
Optical System: The microscope uses a Color Corrected Infinity Optical System (CCIS®) to ensure high-quality imaging.
Observation Tube: Features a widefield binocular tube with a 30° inclination and light distribution options of 100:0/20:80 and 100:0/0:100.
Eyepieces: Equipped with widefield high eyepoint eyepieces (N-WF10X/20mm) that include diopter adjustment on both eyepieces, rubber eyecups, and a crosshair on one eyepiece.
Intermediate Tube: Includes a 360º rotatable analyzer with a focusable Bertrand lens for enhanced analysis.
Nosepiece: Features a reversed quadruple revolving nosepiece with a single position centrable design.
Objectives: Strain-free EC Plan objectives are available in 4X, 10X, 20X (optional), 40X, and 60X magnifications with numerical apertures ranging from 0.1 to 0.8 and working distances from 0.35mm to 17.4mm.
Stage: The stage is 360º rotatable, allowing for comprehensive sample examination.
Condenser: An achromat swing-out condenser with N.A. 0.90/0.13, strain-free, and equipped with an iris diaphragm.
Polarizer: A rotatable polarizer is fixed on the condenser carrier for precise polarization control.
Focusing Block: Includes coarse focus with torque adjustment and fine focus with 2μm minimum increments for precise focusing.
Illumination: Utilizes Koehler illumination with a quartz halogen 6V/30W bulb and intensity control for optimal lighting conditions.
Accessories: Offers a range of accessories including quartz wedge, λ and 1/4λ retardation plates, polarizing mechanical stage, C-mount camera adapters (0.5X, 0.65X, 1X), photo adapter, and photo eyepieces (2.5X, 4X).
