Three-stage Terminal Blocks
Three-stage terminal blocks are designed for electrical connections with a voltage rating of 300V and a current rating of 10A for UL standards, and 250V and 24A for other specifications. The connecting capacity supports AWG 26-14 and a rated cross-section of 2.5 mm². The dimensions are specified as 5.3 mm in width, 78.5 mm in length, and 47.5 mm in height. The tracking resistance is rated at CTI >600 according to IEC 112 and KB >600 according to VDE 0303.
The terminal blocks are constructed with a plastic body made of Polyamide 66.6 VO, silver-plated copper for the internal bus, nickel-plated brass for the clamp, and zinc-plated chromated steel for the screws. The stripping length required is 7 mm, and the maximum tightening torque is 0.5 Nm.
The product complies with standards such as CSA, VDE, and IEC 947-7-1. It is designed for mounting on TS35x7.5 EN 60715 rails.
The terminal blocks can accommodate rigid conductors ranging from 0.5-4 mm² and flexible conductors from 0.5-2.5 mm². They can connect up to two conductors of 1.5 mm² each.
Accessories include end plates and jumper bars available in various configurations (2, 3, 4, and 12 poles) in blue and red colors. End brackets are also available, made of polyamide 6.6.
