The device has the function of series line, over-voltage, ground loss protection and thermal shutdown so that it is especially suitable for working in harsh environment. Short-circuit protection: TD041SCANH has current-limiting protection to prevent the drive circuit from short-circuiting to positive and negative supply voltages.
