IPERLAVA 50 ENG The IPERLAVA unit is intended to accurately wash heavily dirty olives. The olives fall into the floating hopper where, through a water jet, they are pushed towards the discharge. During the way and before reaching the vibrating screen, the water is evacuated through specific holes located on the horizontal part of the conduct way. Rinsing nozzles are situated at the vibrating screen entry; after this, the olives fall into the screw elevator transferring them to the crusher.
