Crushing Group
The FR_250 crushers feature anti-heating grooves and an adjustable impeller. They are equipped with a PSS_1 elliptical piston pump for paste transfer, and the system allows for easy cleaning and adjustable olive inlet speed. An optional inverter can adjust the auger speed.

Malaxing Group
The malaxing group consists of one or two vertical units, with the SINTESI 500 model supporting up to three. Each unit includes an electric valve for paste inlet and a PSS_1 pump for transfer to the decanter. Standard features include temperature control and optional automatic washing kits.

Extraction Group
The latest generation extraction group allows for increased flow-rate and yield without quality loss. The closed central auger pipe prevents air entry, enhancing product quality.
