FRANGITORE FR.250
The FRANGITORE FR.250 is a crusher designed for olive processing. It features a receiving hopper with an adjustable speed motor-driven screw for flow regulation. The crusher's screens have a diameter of 250mm, and the impeller is equipped with groove knives arranged helically to gently crush olives without excessive heating. An optional pre-crusher can be added to break olives into larger pieces before they reach the blades. The system is globally recognized for its efficiency.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning device located outside the screen ensures the crusher remains clean. The motor speed can be optionally controlled via an inverter within the equipment's control cabinet.
Material and Construction:
All contact parts are made from stainless steel AISI 304 and food-grade materials, ensuring durability and safety.
Technical Features:
The crusher is available in two models: FR_250_4_BFP_1 and FR_250_5,5_BFP_1, both with dimensions of 1200mm x 970mm x 1250mm. The grid diameter is 250mm, with power requirements of 5 kW and 6 kW, and weights of 195 kg and 205 kg, respectively.

Le griglie del frangitore sono di 250mm; la girante è a coltelli incavi montati in posizione elicoidale rispetto alla griglia, i quali permettono di rompere le olive in modo soft, senza provocare un eccessivo riscaldamento.
