Safety Instructions:
- Ensure all clamps are equidistant from the crucible top (4”-8” depending on size).
- Lubricate the thread regularly and protect it from dirt.
- Avoid jerky lifting movements.
- Test lift the crucible 1” from the floor for one minute before securing the clamps further.
- Use the lifter only in the immediate front area of the furnace.
- Attach the lifter to strong areas of the crucible wall (8”-10” below the top).
- Use ribbed aluminum clamps for hot crucibles.
- Do not stand under or near a suspended load.
