General Specifications- 17” Wide Vibrating Conveyor: Length ranges from 10’ to 70’ with one drive in one piece. For lengths over 70’, additional drives and bolt-together sections are required. The height is 18” to the conveyor through opening and 26” overall. The weight is approximately 2,200 lbs for a 20’ section. It uses a 5 HP electric drive or an A7CS hydraulic drive with a stroke of 11/16”.
- 22” Wide Vibrating Conveyor: Similar length specifications as the 17” model. The height and weight are the same as the 17” model. It uses a 10 HP electric drive or an A7CS hydraulic drive with a stroke of 11/16”.
Standard Equipment- Both models feature a 5” H beam frame, a ¼” thick pan, and a 3/8” thick drive section. The pan sides are standard at 30 degrees, with options for straight sides or other angles. A one-piece transition is incorporated into the conveyor panning.
- 17” Wide: The drive section is 10’ long with an eccentric, formed from 3/8” steel plate. The bottom width is 17”, top width 25-1/2” with flared sides, and 5-1/2” deep. It includes a 5” channel steel support frame and double fiberglass shaker legs around the drive.
- 22” Wide: Similar to the 17” model but with a bottom width of 22”, top width 32-1/2”, and 7” deep.
Options- 17” Wide Vibrating Conveyor: Options include a 5 HP electric drive for lengths over 20’, a 5’ fiberglass conveyor section for use with metal detectors, a perforated conveyor bottom for screening fines, straight sides, and a metal detector.
- 22” Wide Vibrating Conveyor: Similar options as the 17” model, with a 10 HP electric drive for lengths over 20’.
Additional Notes- Conveyors with different heights and widths are available. The conveying speed is approximately 45 feet per minute, with other speeds available.
