Vakuumhubzylinder | Vacuum lifting cylinders Der Vakuumhubzylinder ist im Ruhezustand eingefahren. Beim Anlegen von Vakuum fährt der Kolben aus, bis der Vakuumsauger Kontakt mit einem Gegenstand herstellt. In diesem Moment fährt der Kolben mit dem angesaugten Bauteil selbstständig ein und hält es fest. Zum Ablegen des Teils ist nur das Vakuum zu unterbrechen. Vorteile: Der gesamte Bewegungsablauf wird durch das Ein- und Ausschalten des Vakuums gesteuert. • Keine zusätzlichen Ventile oder Zylinder erforderlich • Kurze Taktzeiten, da keine zusätzlichen Hubzylinder benötigt werden • Hohe Taktzeiten verhindern Durchsaugeffekt bei porösen Produkten. • Ausgleich von Höhenunterschieden • Wartungsfrei durch Spezialgleitlager (IGUS®) Baureihe mit verdrehgesicherter Kolbenstange für eine lagerichtige Teileentnahme.
