Hybrid Fluid Rotary Union / Electrical Assembly The Model 813 electrical and fluid rotary union assembly is designed for use in semiconductor applications. It consists of a single fluid pass with 600 V / 10 A and 220 V / 2 A power / signal circuit combinations.
