Le vasche sono realizzate con materiali di prima qualita e sono particolarmente robuste, la massima cura e riposta nell'esecuzione delle saldature e dei rivestimenti. A seconda del loro impiego le vasche possono essere realizzate in lamiera di ferro, acciaio inossidabile, vetroresina, polipropilene o PVDF. Internamente le vasche in ferro possono essere rivestite in PVC o PP mentre le vasche riscaldate sono coibentate esternamente con lastre di poliuretano espanso o lana di roccia con pannellature di contenimento per ridurre al minimo le dispersioni termiche. Gli equipaggiamenti principali a corredo delle vasche sono: -serpentine di riscaldamento -tubazione di ingresso acqua e prodotti -sufflazione con aria -tubazione di distribuzione e riciclo -armature elettriche -contatti elettrici pneumatici.
