The HCL-S GRIP CLAMP is designed to securely tighten pieces for high-quality anodizing and electrocolouring. It ensures a quick and secure grip without leaving external clamping marks and guarantees perfect electrical contact.
The clamp is constructed from high-strength thermoplastic material, offering excellent resistance to mechanical and chemical attacks, including aggressive acidic and alkaline solutions, as well as heated solutions.
The GRIP CLAMP is available in three series: HCL-S 35, HCL-S 55, and HCL-S 65, accommodating a wide range of pieces. It also comes in four clamping versions:
- With simple screw
- With cap
- With 1 ceramic pin
- With 2 ceramic pins
The clamp is suitable for use in aluminium anodizing and electrocolouring, as well as in the electroplating industry and powder coating processes.
