Scheda Tecnica / Technical sheet SOFFIATORE D’ARIA AD ASPI ROTANTI Per l’agitazione delle soluzioni nelle vasche di processo vengono richieste elevate quantità d’aria a bassa pressione. I soffiatori d’aria ad aspi rotanti sono macchine volumetriche particolarmente adatte per questo impiego. La produzione di aria avviene con la rotazione di due aspi che incamerano aria dalla parte dell’aspirazione e la spingono verso la bocca di mandata; la camera di convogliamento non è lubrificata in quanto gli ingranaggi e i cuscinetti di supporto sono esterni, pertanto vi è assoluta assenza di olio e grasso nell’aria. I soffiatori ad aspi rotanti sono particolarmente silenziosi in quanto vengono forniti di serie con il seguente corredo: – silenziatore sulla bocca aspirante – silenziatore sulla bocca premente – filtro aria – valvola di sicurezza Il soffiatore d’aria può essere corredato di cabina di insonorizzazione fornibile a richiesta. AIR BLOWER WITH ROTATING REELS High quantities of air at a low pressure are needed to stir the solution in the process tanks. Air blowers with rotating reels are positive-displacement machines which are particularly suitable for this use. The air is produced by the rotation of two reels that let in the air from the suction side and push it into the delivery point. The conveyance chamber is not lubricated as the gearings and the support bearings are on the outside. Therefore there is absolute absence of oil and grease in the air. Air blowers with rotating reels are rather silent as they are supplied with the following standard equipment: – silencer on the suction point – silencer on the delivery point – air filter – safety valve On request the air blower may also be supplied
