more than technology To convey large-scale and heavy work pieces, Montech offers a multitrack conveyor with belts or toothed belts, which can carry weights up to 120 kg. The conveyor is available with three different drives with spur gear motor. > Acceleration, brake and transport speed adjustable, depending on the choosed drive – Spur gear motor with fixed speed: The belt speed can be changed through an easy replacement of the chain wheels between 0.5–56 m/min. – Spur gear motor with inverter (StateLine C): Smooth and delicate acceleration and brake. Belt speed free adjustable between 1.8–30 m/min. – Spur gear motor with incremental encoder combined with inverter (HighLine C): Up to 16 selectable stop positions can be recorded. The stop positions are started over an external control. Acceleration and brake ramps are free selectable. Belt speed between 1.8–30 m/min. > One or multilane transport system with modular assembly > User-specific stop positions depending on the choosed drive
