Overview of Orkel Hi-X Compactor
The Orkel Hi-X Compactor is designed for high-density and high-quality compaction, suitable for a variety of materials including secondary solid fuel, urban solid waste, compost, and sawdust. It is engineered for durability and low maintenance costs, featuring self-lubricating bushings and chain oiling.

Work Process

• Transport to Chamber: Material can be loaded via conveyor belt or front loader into the feeding hopper, then transported to the compression chamber using a robust steel conveyor system.
• Compression: The chamber, made of Hardox, ensures durability and prevents material leakage. Self-lubricating bushings protect against dust and moisture.
• Wrapping Film: Bales are initially wrapped in a wide film to maintain shape and density, with an air-compressed cleaning system ensuring high-quality operation. A net film can also be used.
• Wrapping: A predefined number of film layers wrap the material into a compact bale, optimizing storage and transport.

Technical Details
The compactor operates with hydraulic motors powered by an electric motor or generator. It requires a minimum of 55 kW electric motor or 120 HP generator. It features a hydraulic transmission, 850 RPM intake speed, and weighs between 9850-11160 kg. It can produce up to 60 bales per hour, with each bale having a volume of 1.25 cubic meters, a diameter of 115 cm, a width of 120 cm, and a weight ranging from 300 to 1200 kg.

Hi-X Control System
The intelligent control system features an intuitive touch screen interface, allowing full automation of the pressing process. Parameters such as feed speed, chamber pressure, film overlap, and number of layers can be adjusted as needed.

Mobility
The Hi-X Compactor can function as both a fixed and mobile unit, easily transportable by trailer or truck with a maximum speed of 80 km/h.

Customization and Versatility
The compactor is highly customizable to meet diverse needs, with options for fixed or mobile feeding tables. It can handle over 25 different materials, with settings adjustable via the touch screen.

Storage and Logistics
The compactor transforms bulk material into easy-to-handle bales using polyethylene plastic wrap, eliminating metal parts or nets that could cause machine blockages.
