Product Overview:
Neodymium Rare Earth Rectangular Material is made from Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) magnets, available in sintered and bonded forms. Known as Neo, these magnets offer the highest magnetic strength, high resistance to demagnetization, and are suitable for applications requiring maximum strength in limited spaces. Due to high neodymium content, they are usually coated or plated to prevent oxidation. The maximum operating temperature is 180°F (82°C).
Neodymium Features:
  • Extremely powerful magnet
  • Ideal for miniaturized applications
  • Best performance below 180°F (82°C)
  • High resistance to demagnetization
  • Nickel plated finish
  • Tolerance: ±0.005’’ on all dimensions
Note: Avoid grinding due to potential flash flares from dust particles. The crystalline structure is prone to chipping, cracking, or breaking.

Neodymium Rare Earth Rectangular Material-1

Neodymium Rare Earth Rectangular Material Rare Earth Neodymium-lron-Boron (NdFeB) magnets are made in a sintered as well as bonded forms. Commonly referred to as Neo, this magnet material provides the highest magnetic strength of any magnet material, very high resistance to demagnetization and is ideal for applications requiring maximum strength in a limited area. Because of its high neodymium content, Neo is usually coated or plated to prevent oxidization, therefore, avoid grinding. Maximum temperature 180°F (82°C). Neodymium Features • Extremely powerful magnet • Ideal for miniaturized applications • Operates best at temperatures below 180°F (82°C) • High resistance to demagnetization • Nickel plated finish NOTE: Avoid grinding, as flash flares may occur from rare earth material dust particles. Crystalline structured material is easily chipped, Get more information regarding Neodymium magnets including manufacturing methods, assemblies, machining, and more Holding Capacity
