Capacity up to 225m3/h • Thermal hydrolysis sludges Pressure up to 12 bar Temperature up to 130oC The full drive train including rotor, stator, shaft, rod and seal can be removed in less than 4 minutes, with no electrical disconnection required. Rotor geometry Modified design to provide reliable performance demanded by the thermal hydrolysis process. Stator compounds New rubber stator compounds have been developed which are extremely resistant to the temperatures and aggressive liquids involved. Drive train assembly A pre-assembled drive train is available, with 2 year warranty, to allow an even faster re-assembly time. Eliminate dismantling Suction and discharge pipework can remain connected, so dismantling space is not lengths required. Materials of construction Available in cast iron with a choice of rotor materials to suit individual applications.
