AUTOMATIC DEPALLETISER MOD. “D3 - SWEEP OFF SYSTEM” Machine suitable to depalletise new bottles from pallet with overlapped layers transferring the complete layer with a vertical movement of the pallet and platform with electromechanical control and with horizontal movement of the head with electromechanical control. Manual palett in-feed in a pallet containing box. Full pallet lifting to the maximum height with electromechanical control. The vertical movement happens on hardened stainless steel joined to the column with trolleys with spheres recirculation and counterbalance inside it. Maximum height control detector that gives the signal of start to the horizontal movement of the layer to be depalletized. Transferring of the layer of bottles to be depalletised by means of a carriage with four containing guides, from pallet to the moving platform. Movement of the head with electromechanical control, on horizontal axis, on tempered steel guides and with spheres recirculation trolleys; motorization managed by inverter and positioning managed by encoder. Device to hold the layer-pad under transfert, electropneumatically controlled. Moving platform that receives the full layer of bottles, with vertical movement electromechanically controlled with motorisation managed by inverter. Movement on tempered steel guides with spheres recirculation trolleys joined to the column with counterbalance inside it. Layer-pad manual removal on the platform, low position, before bottles sweep-off. Pushing unit electromechanically controlled that allows bottles transferring to a second platform and then to the lining table; the motorisation is managed by inverter. Fixed platform, lenght approx 500 mm, to receive and transfer bottles from the moving platform to the lining table. Lining conveyor positioned at 90° with different speeds chains, to make bottles lining easier. Stainless steel frame
