FFP MASKS

Product catalog summary
Characteristics
The AIR PLUS ProValve masks feature ActivForm® technology for automatic face fitting without manual adjustments. The DuraMesh® structure ensures durability, while the ProValve reduces condensation. The pleated filter technology offers low breathing resistance, reducing inhalation resistance by up to 50% while maintaining filtration performance. The masks include a full 3D face seal for improved fit and comfort, are reusable, and have adjustable straps with a flexible clip. They have passed the Dolomite clogging test for better breathing resistance and are 100% PVC-free.

Certification
These masks comply with EN 149:2001+A1:2009 standards and are CE-marked according to European Directive 89/686/EEC. They are produced in an ISO 9001 certified facility.

Materials
The masks are made from polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polyethylene, polyester, Lycra, and synthetic rubber.

Areas of Use
FFP2 masks protect against hazardous fine dusts, water and oil-based mists/aerosols, and biological agents of risk group 2, with a Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL) of 10x. FFP3 masks offer protection against harmful and carcinogenic dusts, water and oil-based mists/aerosols, biological agents of risk groups 2 and 3, and CMR substances, with a WEL of 20x.

Testing
The masks undergo testing for total inward leakage, filter penetration, flammability, and breathing resistance according to EN 149:2001+A1:2009 standards.

Instructions for Use
Users must be trained in wearing the masks. The masks do not protect against gases and vapours, and the ambient oxygen concentration should be at least 19.5%. They should not be used if contaminant levels are unknown or dangerous. Damaged masks or those with high breathing resistance due to clogging should be disposed of. Modifications to the respirator are not allowed.

Instructions for Fitting
The mask should be secured comfortably, with straps adjusted for a snug fit. During breaks, the mask can be unbuckled and hung around the neck.
