Overview

The MZ119 series slip rings are rotor flange slip rings with an outer diameter (OD) of 119mm. They are designed for electrical signal and power transmission in rotating systems. Two main variants exist: the MZ119 series with rotor wiring exiting from the flange end face, and the MZ119F series with rotor wiring exiting from the side, suitable for end face mounting.

Lead Wire Color Coding

Wires are grouped in sets of six colors: Black, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, White. For wires beyond 6, colors repeat with numeric codes to indicate groups.

Notes on Usage

• Multiple 10A rings can be paralleled to increase current capacity (e.g., 2 rings of 10A in parallel equal 20A).
• 10A power rings and 5A signal rings can be combined freely.
