ACOUSTIC SIGNALS - INDUSTRIAL - MOTORISED SIRENS The AS400 Siren has been designed for a wide range of industrial signalling applications, where a powerful, high output signal is required. The siren incorporates a fractional horsepower motor, that drives an internal impellor at high RPM, forcing air through the slotted front cover, creating its unique penetrating sound. The AS400 Siren produces a low frequency sound that is ideally suited for signalling over medium sized areas. For maximum coverage, it is advised that the Siren be raised above any surrounding buildings. Manufactured from cast aluminium, it is rugged in construction and is built for a long life outdoors.
