Motor: The pump features a 6-pole induction continuous rated motor with a squirrel cage rotor. It includes bi-metallic switches embedded in the stator winding for overheating protection. The stator insulation is class 'H' (180ºC).

Power Supply: The pump operates on a 3-phase, 50/60 Hz AC supply and is available in various voltage combinations (208/220/230/380/415/460/575/1000V).

Ball Bearings: The rotor shaft is supported by two ball bearings. The lower bearing is a double row contact type capable of handling high thrust and radial loads, while the upper bearing is a deep groove single row oversized bearing. Both bearings are enclosed with high-temperature grease containing an anti-corrosion additive.

Power Cable: The pump is equipped with a waterproof and oil-proof, rubber-insulated, neoprene-sheathed copper conductor flexible cable, 50ft (15m) in length. The cable type varies by region: SOOW in North America, EPR in the Middle East, and HO7RN in the EU.

Shaft Seals: The pump uses compact tandem tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide upper and lower mechanical seals to minimize shaft overhang and deflection, maximizing service intervals. A moisture sensor is available to detect progressive seal wear.

Hydraulics: The pump features single channel impellers that are hydrodynamically balanced to improve flow patterns and reduce clogging.

Cooling: The motor casing has integral cast cooling fins with a large surface area for efficient heat dissipation and low temperature rise. The design includes shrink-fitted stators and short shaft overhang to facilitate cooling.
