Materials of Construction and Engineering Data

Pump End: Designed for a pH range of 5-12, with a semi-open impeller type. The maximum temperature of the pumped fluid is 104°F (40ºC), with a maximum of 15 starts/stops per hour and a maximum submergence of 65 feet.
Motor: Features a 4-pole induction continuous rated motor with a squirrel cage rotor. It includes automatic thermal overloads for motors ranging from 5-12HP. The stator insulation class is 'F' (155ºC) with a 1.15 service factor.
Power Supply: Operates on a 3-phase, 60 Hz AC supply with voltages of 208, 230, 460, and 575, with other voltages available upon request.

Cooling: Top discharge ensures cooling by the pumped liquid, allowing operation even if not fully submerged.
Materials of Construction: The pump casing and stator casing are made of ASTMA-48, with impeller, wear plate, and agitator made of 28% Hi-Chrome Iron. The shaft is 403 stainless steel, and hardware is 304 stainless steel. O-rings are made of nitrile rubber, and mechanical seals are SC/SC (upper & lower).
Surface Treatment: Primed with epoxy paint.
