These results can be obtained only by searching and using the best existing materials for an extremely corrosive environment. For this project M.M. supplied all the FRP materials as: gratings with mini mesh, chequered covered top gratings, handrail systems and vertical ladders, all in vinylester fire-retardant resin. This composition combines the maximum chemical resistance and the self-extinguishing of the products.
