Frame 7EA 1st Stage Bucket Improved Design – Extending the Service Life of Your Parts PW Power Systems (PWPS) offers 1st stage turbine buckets for use in Frame 7B / 7EA gas turbines. The designed buckets offer enhanced durability and extended part life at a competitive price. PWPS is extremely confident in the superior attributes of our parts that the parts are offered with an unparalleled guarantee for the life-cycle of the part. The PWPS™ Frame 7EA bucket is made of a nickel-base proprietary superalloy that greatly enhances the life of the part. Parts are coated with a proprietary coating that provides superior oxidation resistance and enhanced temperature capability through improvements in normal mechanical fatigue life. High-temperature performance up to 2055˚F is achieved with the application of world-class metallic-bond coating and thermal barrier coating (TBC).
