This model pertains to the four-roll plate rolling machine, which is employed for the pre-bending and circular rolling of cylinders in industries such as pressure vessels, machinery, hydropower, and construction. It also possesses the function of plate leveling. The upper roller is primarily driven by a hydraulic motor, and the lower roller and side roller are driven to rotate via the frictional force between the steel plate and the roller, thereby providing torque for plate rolling. The lower roller, side roller, and overturning frame are all hydraulically actuated. The lower roller moves vertically up and down, and the side roller moves up and down along an arc. Pre-bending is accomplished by the lower roller rising to hold the steel plate, and the side roller tilting and rising to pre-bend the end of the plate. • It's easy to operate, rich shape bend; • CNC control, digital readout for position of each rollers. Stepl : The steel plate has been properly aligned.• Lower the side rolls on the discharge side.• Initiate the reverse rotation of the upper and lower work rolls to convey the steel plate in the opposite direction of the feed direction. • When the rear edge of the steel plate is approximately centered between the upper and lower work rolls, halt the reverse rotation.
