FUNCTION SELECTION GUIDE Motor spins the belts really fast, and as the conveyor belt moves the workpiece forward, those speedy abrasive belts scrub its surface—giving it a nice, thorough clean. Clean off any burrs and rust scale on the workpiece surface. > Round Edge Chamferring Depending on the machine model and size, the brush has different numbers of rollers —always arranged side by side. As the main shaft spins, each roller whirs at high speed and gently taps the workpiece’s edges, quickly knocking off burrs and leaving a clean, smooth, and nice-looking chamfer. Polishing rollers come in different grits—basically, how fine or coarse the pattern will be —so you can get just the look you want. Pick a finer grits for subtle, smooth finishes (like a mirror or soft HL effect), or go coarser for grits like straight lines, short dashes, or even snowflake patterns. You’ll commonly see this on stainless steel cabinet panels, elevator interiors, smartphone and laptop shells, and other high-end decorative parts. The disc brush is your best choice when working with thin workpiece—think 0.5 to 1 mm thick. If using a abrasive belt risks bending or warping the workpiece (especially when you’re just trying to clean up burrs or oxide scale), that’s exactly when you’d switch to the disc brush station. > Abrasive belt and chamfering workstation Usually use alloy hammer to knock off thick, stubborn slag that sticks to the surface of a workpiece—especially after cutting thick iron plates. When you cut thick plate, the slag cools and hardens into a dense, solid layer. The abrasive belt just can’t budge it, so that’s when the alloy hammer comes in handy. SAY GOODBYE TO BURR TROUBLES-USHER IN A NEW ERA OF HIGH-EFFICIENCY PROCESSING In metal forming processes such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, flame cutting, stamping blanking, and machining, workpieces inevitably develop slag residue, burrs, oxide scale, and sharp edges. These seemingly minor defects trigger a cascade of problems in subsequent production: bending cracks, welding porosity, poor paint adhesion, assembly tolerance issues, and even operator injuries during handling due to sharp edges. Traditional manual deburring is not only inefficient and labour-intensive but also yields inconsistent quality - results vary from person to person, even within the same batch. At the same time, the metal dust and noise generated during manual grinding pose long-term occupational health risks and add to the burden of environmental compliance. With labour costs rising and skilled young workers becoming increasingly scarce, production models that rely on manual grinding are no longer sustainable. > Key Selling Points (visualised at the bottom): O One pass replaces a grinding team of up to 10 workers G Uniform deburring without affecting workpiece dimensional accuracy O Suitable for multiple materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper - full coverage O Eco friendly dust collection - eliminate health hazards from metal dust Our Metal Sheet Deburring Machine adopts a multi-station combination of abrasive belt units + disc brush units + universal roller brush units to achieve a continuous, pass-through processing system. Workpieces enter the machine and sequentially pass through rough grinding, fine grinding, and brushing stations, uniformly removing all types of burrs, slag, and oxide scale from every angle - leaving no blind spots. Additionally, optional functions such as pre-grinding, satin finishing, polishing, chamfering, and oxide scale removal can be integrated according to customer requirements, truly delivering a multi-purpose solution. > Abrasive belt workstation > Abrasive belt and polishing workstation > Abrasive beltN chamfering and polishing workstation > Abrasive belt and disc brush workstation All workstations can be freely arranged and combined in accordance with target processing outcomes and workpiece specifications. Even when configured with the minimum 450mm worktable dimension, no restrictions are imposed on workstation selection.
